Hello there! We’re called “Sankichi Spices”. Our main businesses are: 1: Catering dishes using spices. 2: Planning and producing spice foods. 3: Producing spice ingredients (crops). However, we’ve only been born recently, and nobody knows us. In a sense, you could call us a “secret society” in the food industry!
“Sankichi” was named from our hopes to bring three (“san” in Japanese) good fortunes (“kichi” in Japanese) to all of you. Forune 1: “Delicious”. Fortune 2: “Fun”. Fortune 3: “Healthy”.
What you eat is related to how you live. You are made of what you eat. In other words, you can say that in order to maintain a healthy body, “eating and food” is most important. When we thought about this, we decided to focus on “spices”.
Spices are also ingredients for herbal (natural) medicine. They are used for pre-symptomatic therapy or constitution improvement and while contributing to your health, it’s also fun to study it and it makes food delicious. Feeling safe comes from being “healthy”. Having “fun” comes from feeling safe. We believe “delicious” is mastered within this kind of basic joy as a human being.
